Shipping and Return Policy


  • We pay great attention to packaging and therefore it takes time for us to prepare your order. We try to process and ship orders with care within a week. 
  • All our shipments will come with a tracking number for the peace of mind.
  • We unfortunately do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost, and the shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • We use USPS and UPS as our delivery service domestically. We will send out your tracking number via email once shipment is made.  

Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. We unfortunately do not offer exchanges or returns due to the cost ratio of our products and shipping. 

Order Cancellation

  • Order cancellation can be accepted only within the first 24 hours after the order was placed. Full refund will be issued.

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
